Frequently asked questions
How long can I keep the moving totes?
Each package includes seven calendar days. Keep the totes longer by selecting later pickup dates. The estimator adds 40% of the package rate for each additional seven-day increment.
Are dollies included?
Our proposed Family package includes one dolly; the Large package includes two. You can add additional dollies for $15 each per rental.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. Standard local delivery and pickup are included in the proposed package rates within our core service area. Additional distance charges may apply outside the zone.
Can I buy packing supplies?
Yes. Add packing paper, bubble wrap, and tape to your order while building a quote.
Does submitting a quote reserve the bins?
No. This demo prepares a request only. Inventory and dates must be verified by the operator before a reservation is confirmed, and this site does not currently charge customers.
What happens if I lose or damage a tote?
A published rental agreement should set out the applicable replacement charges. Normal wear and tear should be treated separately from damage or missing equipment.
